Homeowners,

Spring is almost here and along with warmer weather, our community becomes much busier with vacationers, family members, etc.  Along with more people, we have an influx of vehicles, during the summer months, but also during holidays.  It is important for each owner to abide by the 2- Vehicle Limit for Parking.  This includes vehicles being stored as well as golf carts.  You can find this rule on page 2 of the Rules and Regulations (condensed).  

In the last several months, we have been made aware of several violations and infringements on neighbors.  In one case, 4 vehicles are routinely parked at a unit making it very difficult for adjoining neighbors.  In other cases, 2 vehicles are routinely parked in addition to a golf cart.

We are asking for each owner to be respectful of others in abiding by this rule.  For owners who are renting their unit, it is important for this to be communicated to renters, either directly or through your rental company.
