HOA Motor Home Policy
Due to recent incidents and various complaints and concerns by residents, the Board of Directors,
under the authority vested by the Fairway Oaks Plantation Master Deed and Bylaws, has voted
to put into place effective 04/01/2024 the following RULE REGARDING MOTOR HOMES:
• No Class A (large frame bus/truck type) or
• No Class B (van/extended van) or
• No Class C (light truck/van/ with cab over sleeper)
No MOTOR HOMES shall be allowed on the Fairway Oaks Plantation property.
